The body and mind can only take so much and relaxing after a long day of blogging is pretty natural, but sometimes taking a break can lead down a dark road to an abandoned project. It may start by just skipping a day of writing but soon it’ll be a week later before you realize how much you relaxed. Sure your body and mind is well rested from not having to constantly pump out content, but now your views are low and your subscribers are unhappy!
